2. Specialized Features for Tofu Skin

  • Double Layer Conveyor: Tofu skin and puffs are very light and float instantly. A double-belt system "sandwiches" the product to keep it submerged, ensuring even golden coloring on both sides.
  • Rapid Heat Recovery: Because tofu is wet, it cools the oil down the moment it enters. These machines use high-calorie burners or large thermal reservoirs to maintain a constant temperature curve, which is the secret to a "spongy" interior.
