Namkeen Machine
Fully Automatic Namkeen Extruder (200 to 600 kg/hr) is an
industrial-grade machine used for the high-volume production of Sev, Gathiya,
Papdi, and Bhujia.1 For this capacity, the machine is typically
integrated into a Continuous Frying Line, though it can also be used as a
standalone heavy-duty unit.

2. Key Industrial Features
- Variable
Speed Drive (VFD): Crucial for high-capacity lines. It allows you to
synchronize the extrusion speed with the speed of your continuous fryer.
- Hydraulic
Press Technology: For 400+ kg/hr, hydraulic extruders are preferred over
mechanical ones because they provide the consistent pressure needed to
extrude thick dough without stalling.
- Interchangeable
Dies: A single machine can produce Nylon Sev (00), Thick Gathiya, Ribbon
Papdi, and even Boondi by simply changing the bottom die plate.
- Safety Sensors: Includes auto-stop sensors if the dough hopper is empty or if there is a pressure overload.
