A 1000 kg/hr line requires an industrial hall of at least 12,000 sq. ft. to allow for maintenance access and raw material storage.

Utility Summary

  • Total Power Load: 500 – 650 kW (with electric heating) or 200 – 250 kW (with steam/gas heating).
  • Water Consumption: 5 to 8 Cubic Meters per hour (approx. 6,500 L/hr).
  • Manpower: 8–10 Operators per shift (mostly for inspection and packaging).
  • Oil Capacity: ~2,500 Liters initial fill for the continuous fryer.
