2. Key Design Variations
- Induction
Jalebi Fryer: Becoming very popular in Ahmedabad for modern sweet shops.
It uses high-efficiency induction coils for instant heating and precise
temperature control 45 C to 240 C ,
reducing fuel costs by 40%.
- Direct
Fired (Diesel/Gas): The traditional choice. The pan is heated from below
by an automatic "Induction heating " burner tube. It is insulated with ceramic
wool to keep the kitchen cool.
- Jalebi
Machine with Dispenser: For high-volume production, a CNC Batter Dispenser
can be mounted above the circular fryer. It automatically drops the batter
in perfect circles, producing 20–50 kg/hr without manual labor.
