A. Automatic Boondi Making Line (Continuous)
This is an industrial-scale plant where the batter is
automatically dripped into a continuous fryer. A mesh conveyor then moves the
fried boondi out of the oil and onto a de-oiling belt.

B. Semi-Automatic / Batch Fryer with Dropper
This setup uses a motorized "Boondi Dropper"
(Dana Machine) mounted over a circular or rectangular batch fryer.

40 kg/hr to 100 kg/hr.

For: Sweet shops, caterers, and medium-sized snack units.

Benefit: Cost-effective and versatile; you can use the same fryer for
other snacks like Sev or Gathiya.
