Thermal Pan Heating Fryer
Tilting Limpet Coil Thermal Pan Fryer is the "Gold Standard"
for industrial snack frying (Namkeen, Gathiya, and Chips). Unlike direct
heating, the Limpet Coil (a half-pipe welded spirally around the kadai)
circulates hot thermal fluid to provide incredibly uniform heat, preventing the
edible oil from degrading.

2. Why "Limpet Coil" for Edible Oil 150 to 200 C
- Uniform
Heat: The coil covers the entire bottom and side surface of the kadai.
This ensures there are no "hot spots" that burn the oil or
"cold spots" that make the snacks oily.
- Fast
Recovery: When you drop 20 kg of cold dough into 180 C oil, the temperature usually drops. The high surface area of the limpet
coil brings the heat back to 180 C almost instantly.
- Oil
Longevity: Because the heat transfer is indirect, the edible oil does not
come into contact with a fire-heated surface, doubling its "frying
life" before it turns dark.
3. Tilting System Details
At the 60-inch size, the kadai + oil can weigh over 500 kg.
- Manual Gear
Tilt: Uses a high-ratio worm-reduction gearbox. One person can easily tilt
the giant kadai with a hand-wheel to discharge the fried snacks.
- Hydraulic
Tilt: Recommended for 48" to 60" sizes. A push-button hydraulic
cylinder tilts the pan, allowing for faster production and less labor
fatigue.
