With special food quality alloy cast aluminium cutter assembly with stainless steel cutter inside. The thickness of Green Tender Jackfruit can be adjusted. Operated by 1 HP 220/230 volts single phase AC motor. The equipment body is made of AISI 304, duly polished.

4:- Blanching Equipment :

Double walled construction, the tank has its inner chamber made from stainless steel sheet, while outer cabinet is of mild steel sheet, finished in powder coated paint/attractive colour. 3” thick layer of glass wool insulation is provided. The Unit is supported on mild steel angle framed structure. Electrically operated heaters are included. Two nos perforated stainless steel sheet fabricated basket of size : 16” x 16” x 10” will be supplied along with the tank.
