VERTICAL HEATER ASSEMBLY

A nest of closely wound helical concentric coil with WET BACK oil cooled chamber to give three passes of flue gas and fabricated out of HIGH HEAT RESISTANT BOILER TUBES (ERW TUBES)BS-3059 Part-1 pipe suitable for high temperature service.

T.F.H MAIN SHELL FABRICATED OUT OF M.S. WITH INSULATION.

The coil is housed concentric in M.S Shell IS-2062, 06mm Thick. With 4” thick high density mineral wool insulation is clad in aluminum sheet and Heater shell directly welded to a sturdy M.S base frame. Front door is provided on hinge for ease of maintenance.

The Furnace consist of M.S plate and covered with refractory inside. The bottom parts are to clean ash and in between fire bar are provide to fire coal and wood.
