Beans Roaster Machine
FRY-TECH FOOD EQUIPMENTS PVT LTD the Screw Type Beans Roaster Machine is the
primary choice for continuous, high-volume roasting of small grains and beans
(soybeans, coffee, groundnuts, and pulses). Unlike drum roasters that work in
batches, the screw type roaster uses a conveyor-driven mechanism to move the
product through a heated chamber, ensuring every bean receives the exact same
heat exposure.
1. Working Principle: The Continuous Flow
The machine consists of a horizontal or inclined roasting chamber with
an internal Auger (Screw).
- Feeding: Raw
beans enter via a hopper.
- Conveying &
Mixing: The rotating screw slowly pushes the beans forward. The
"flights" of the screw act as agitators, constantly flipping the
beans so they don't sit on the hot surface for too long.
- Precision
Heating: Heat is usually applied via Electric Induction (fastest), LPG, or
Diesel. FRY-TECH FOOD EQUIPMENTS PVT LTD models, the temperature is
controlled by a PLC to stay within of the set point.
- Discharge:
Roasted beans exit at the far end, often dropping directly onto a cooling
belt or into a de-stoner.

. Why Choose "Screw Type" over Drum Roasters?
- Continuous
Output: You don't have to stop the machine to load and unload batches.
- Uniformity: The
screw ensures that no bean is left behind or over-roasted.3
- Space Saving:
Their long, narrow design often takes up less floor space than large
rotating drums.
- Energy
Efficiency: Because the chamber is enclosed and smaller in diameter, heat
loss is minimal.
