Rasgulla Fryer
While Rasgullas are traditionally boiled in sugar syrup to achieve their
signature spongy texture, industrial "Rasgulla Fryers" are actually
used for modern fried variants or specifically for sweets like Gulab Jamun that
require deep frying before soaking.
In Ahmedabad's snack and sweet manufacturing hub, a Circular Batch Fryer
with a Tilting System is the standard for high-volume production.

2. Why the "Tilting System" is Critical
For sweets like Gulab Jamun or fried Rasgulla variants:
- Single-Stroke
Discharge: Instead of manual straining (which takes time and leads to
uneven frying), the entire circular pan tilts. This unloads the entire
batch into the cooling/syrup tank instantly.
- Uniform
Texture: Every sweet ball is removed at the exact same second, ensuring
consistent golden-brown color and preventing "over-frying" of
the bottom layers.
- Hygiene: The tilting system reduces the need for manual handling, keeping the process clean and preventing oil splashes.
