Green Pea Production Line Fryer Machine

FRY-TECH FOOD EQUIPMENTS PVT LTD  Automatic Green Pea Production Line is a high-efficiency turnkey solution that transforms raw (dried or fresh) peas into crispy, seasoned snacks. The transition from "batch" to "automatic" is defined by a Continuous Mesh Belt Fryer, which ensures every pea is fried for the exact same duration at a constant temperature.

1. The Full Production Flow

A complete automatic line typically follows this 6-stage process:

  • Soaking & Rehydration: Dried peas are soaked for 8–12 hours (often with food color) to reach the perfect moisture level.
  • Dewatering (Vibratory): A vibratory screen and air blowers remove surface water to prevent oil splashing and preserve oil quality.
  • Continuous Frying: Peas move through a Double-Layer Mesh Belt. The second belt layer is critical—it keeps the peas submerged so they don't float and fry unevenly.
  • Automatic De-Oiling: A centrifugal or vibratory de-oiling system removes excess fat, which improves shelf life and "crunch."
  • Continuous Seasoning: A rotating drum applies dry or liquid flavors while the peas are still warm for better adhesion.
  • Automatic Packaging: Usually a Multi-head Weigher with Nitrogen flushing to keep the peas fresh for up to 6–9 months.

Key Advice for Green Peas:

Temperature Management: Green peas are sensitive. If fried too hot (>185°C), they will "pop" or burst. Ensure your automatic fryer has Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) to slow down the belt speed if you need to lower the temperature for a specific batch.
